- Identify the prospect investors most suitable for the Company and ascertain their expectations.
- Prepare pitch deck(s) as appropriate to the investor & situation; Crafting elevator pitches;
- Preparation with respect to valuations, company documents, call for investor meetings, helping Company prepare for investor discussions, avoid common mistakes and red flags.
