Qualification and Experience: a) should be a mechanical engineer with over 20 years of experience in discrete manufacturing domain, preferably Airconditioning & Refrigeration field. Most of his experiences should be in GCC region countries and in shop floor management. Execution should be his forte and basic understanding on Toyota Production systems/ Lean manufacturing, 6 sigma approach etc. Ability to work with teams is must. Problem solving techniques and resolution knowledge is must

Roles/responsibilities:

• Execution role at site with a small team of engineers( 2-3 no's) will be reporting to him and he in turn reports to Partner-Director at Mudita in India
• Mudita is designing operational efficiency improvement initiatives along with logistics refinement which this candidate needs to implement
• Responsible for results along with client staff
• Engage in periodic reviews with senior management of client's and Mudita's

This project may be 1-1.5 years duration for execution . Salary shall commensurate with experience and competency,
