Nitin Adya is an accomplished Engineer with expertise in Quality, Quality Management and Systems andOperational Excellence with work experience of 30 years inEngineering, Automotive and EPC companies.He has extensive exposure in Design and Implementation of Business Excellence Programsthrough seamless integration of processes and management systems.

Nitin has successfully handled Quality and Business Excellence Portfolios in organisations like Mahindra &Mahindra, JCB, Elecon Engineering and Thermax Limited. He hasbeen engaged in Sustainability Programs andBRSR in Thermax Limited.

Nitin is adept at analysing market trends to provide critical inputs for formulating strategies and managementinterventions. He possesses keen business acumen in analysing and understanding business requirements,customer-value maximization, supply chain and developing new business processes and revenue streams.
