P.N.Prasad has industry experience of around 40 years, out of which 18 years were spent in Senior Management positions. He has an extensive exposure to discrete manufacturing domain with in-depth competency on Project Management, Operations and Quality Assurance functions.

After completing his Mechanical engineering degree from Regional Institute of Technology -Jamshedpur, Prasad started his career in Production function and subsequently handled various core functions in Automotive, Appliance, Horology and Hydraulic product segments.Prasad had undergone technical training and honed skills with renowned manufacturing companies in Switzerland, USA and Brazil.

Prasad is a Qualified / Certified "Lead Auditor" for ISO, QS9000, TS 16949. He attended various Seminars on Strategic Supply Management, NPD, DOEs, FMEA, cost leadership etc over the course of his career from renowned Institutions.

Prasad's areas of interest are in Product Development, Operational Excellence, Quality Assurance, with deep expertise in conceptualization to execution. Some of the esteemed organizations where he served are Hindustan Motors, Kesoram Industries (B.K.Birla Group), Allwyn (Watch Divn), MICO-BOSCH, VOLTAS (Tata Group), Tecumseh, Veljan Hydrair & Veljan Denison Ltd.
