Satish is a Finance professional having Managerial and Financial Consulting experience of over 23 years in the areas of capital management, business operations and governance, relationship management and capital markets with banks & financial institutions and start-ups.

Satish worked in senior roles as Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at Citibank and HDFC Bank in Corporate Banking with exposure to lending, cross sell and raising Debt capital to Financial Institutions such as Mutual Funds, Banks, NBFCs, Insurance companies, Broker-Dealers, Microfinance companies. During his stint, Satish covered business relationships of Financial Institutions extensively, managed client revenue portfolios up to USD 50 Million, helped clients raise Capital through Overseas Bonds, was closely involved in Credit evaluation & Risk management and effective deployment of Risk capital and managed credit exposure of close to USD 1 Billion besides undertaking senior roles in Banking Operations to improve operational efficiency, generate cost savings, reduce operational loss and ensure regulatory compliance.

Satish was also responsible for setting up a new Business segment of Broker-Dealers at the Bank and establish new business relationship with Microfinance Companies. Satish also held senior positions as Chief Operating Officer in a Start-up creating social impact by providing low cost Education and Finance & Operations head in a Technology Start-up. He assisted the Start-ups in both their journey of fund raising and business operations encompassing functions such as Finance, Accounting & Tax, Legal & Compliance and Human Resources. Satish has been providing Consulting services in the Fund-raising domain to Start-ups/Early stage companies besides other functional areas such as Business development and Project management. Satish started his career in Capital markets business with a stint at Delhi Stock Exchange followed by Banks.

Satish is a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) graduate from Osmania University, a Qualified Member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India & Alumni of INSEAD Business School. Satish is an avid Reader, Fitness and Sports enthusiast, also deeply interested in Writing and Investing. He has membership affiliations with an Angel Investor group and Institute of Management Consultants of India. He also holds certification in Impact investing.
