Accomplished leader with extensive experience driving growth, profitability and productivity through innovation and re-engineering. Experienced in building World Class global organizations producing significant yearly growth in new product sales, while holding to budgets and operating plans. Strong management background overseeing multiple worldwide locations in a variety of company cultures, conceiving and implementing numerous methods and best practices to cut costs and compress product development cycle times.

Dr. Seshu has work experience of over 45 years in senior executive management positions in R&D, Product development and Manufacturing process re-engineering. He managed teams in over 22 countries worldwide and helped in building World Class global engineering organizations in companies, such as Nacco Industries, Stanley Works, Textron Fastening systems, Newell Rubbermaid, Tecumseh and Hicor Technologies growing new product sales and margins in multiples.

Presently he is helping growing companies, entrepreneurs and managers as an Independent consultant & advisor. With unique combination of technical and business leadership skills and with lead by example philosophy, Dr. Seshu has hands-on experience with many of the design and analysis tools and processes.

Dr. Seshu has personally trained hundreds of engineers in each of his previous companies in product development process, innovation process, VAVE, six-sigma and other best practices.

Dr. Seshu is winner of the MVP award from Management Roundtable for implementing best practices and contributions to the industry. He is also a keynote speaker at "Speeding Innovation" conference and has submitted over two dozen papers and presentations at conferences.

Dr. Seshu is a Ph.D., M.S. (Oklahoma State University) and B.E. (Bangalore University). He is a Six Sigma –Champion and Green Belt Certified. He is also trained in 3P (Product, Plant and Processes), Shingujutsu Global Consultants in Japan. He has also been part of Global Leadership Forum, The Wharton School.
